Description
Blue Black is a black shade, the soft blue lustre giving eyelashes and eyebrows additional colour depth and expressiveness. Refectocil Blue Black tints each hair blue black and makes the eyelashes look visibly longer and more voluminous.
With tinted eyelashes the eyes look more vivid, even in the morning upon waking, they look more expensive. In addition eyelash tinting is extremely practical & time saving, because daily application of mascara isn't necessary. When using mascara individual lashes stick together creating unpleasant clumps. With tinted eyelashes there is no such problem, because the colour penetrates into each individual lash - without sticking them together or producing clumps.

2cm of Tint with 10 Drops of Oxidant
2cm of Tint with 15 Drops of Creme Oxidant
