RefectoCil No. 1.1 graphite is suitable particularly for eyebrows turned grey. This shade discreetly covers grey or white hair evenly and gives it a light grey to dark grey tone - depending on the application time.
Content: 15 ml. Sufficient for approximately 30 applications. Please read the instructions for use.
Important Note: RefectoCil Eyelash and eyebrow tints always use with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid or cream. This is activator. It can achieve perfect tinting results.
Mixing Ratio
2cm of Tint with 10 Drops of Oxidant
2cm of Tint with 15 Drops of Creme Oxidant
